You must apply for an absentee ballot through the mail in order to get a ballot to cast your vote.

Steps that need to be taken for absentee ballot voting...
1) Register to vote if you have not already (deadline may 21)
2) Download and print Absentee Ballot Application (Candyland Casino online)
3) Check Rules and Guidelines --it is recommended that you call the clerks office in your county for assistance.
4) Complete the application and mail it to your county's circuit clerk. (click here to get the address)
5) The county will mail you a ballot
6) To complete the process, follow the instructions that accompany the ballot when it is mailed to you.


It is highly recommended that you call your absentee election manager (listed below) or go to their website for assistance
